size of emblem is 3/5 of width
Stylized kanji Miya (宮) of Utsunomiya in hexagonal pattern which
represents development and glory.

The flag of the former town of Kamikawachi was green with mark. The town is
now, from 2007 part of the city of Utsunomiya.
