Located in Shinagawa City Tokyo and established in 1950.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has orange background with a gold emblem in purple fringe.
The university flag has reddish purple background with a white emblem and white kanji university name written horizontally.
The university emblem is a design based on the ancient Chinese character for star. The circle at the top corresponds to the upper part of 星 in the Chinese character, and the three circles in the character were chosen to represent the beauty of the figure and the meaning of truth, goodness, and beauty.
