photo from the mayor's Twitter page taken at the 2019 conference of the League
of Arizona Cities and Towns, the logo appears on the city flag.

A T shape with the 3/4 circle in it is our city logo and can be found on all of the cars, letterhead, signs, etc.
As for a flag, yes we do fly a flag with the logo on it. I've seen them in white with a blue logo, but more common is a blue flag with a white logo. And the logo is always centered.
