A new seal has been adopted however, but per pictures from 2022 on Facebook,
the flag with the previous seal is still the one in use.

This institutional flag of the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University at
Central Texas obtained from

red-white-blue-white-red with the logo and name on the central broad blue
stripe.
