This is likely an unofficial flag representing the university's athletic teams, and my graphic is based on the graphic attached in Paul's E-mail. It features the school's "W" logo in dark blue and yellow, fimbriated white, centered on a dark blue field, with the name of the school appearing above and below the logo in yellow capital letters.
