The Kardashians star once again praised the power of sound baths - an ancient wellness practice
‘I normally gravitate toward doing that later in the afternoon, after my day is done,’ she explained.
‘If I have time in the morning and I don’t have to rush out, I’ll sit in my room, I’ll do some stretching and deep breathing. As I do that, I will hit my bowls a few times.’
The ancient wellness practice of sound baths is a meditative experience in which people are 'bathed' in sound waves produced by healing instruments such as gongs and singing bowls.
In a clinical study examining the offers of sound meditation, participants reported significant reductions in tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed mood.

Film stars Charlize Theron and Robert Downey Jr are said to be fans, and Meghan Markle has reportedly taken Prince Harry to sessions.
The fitness lover also opened up about making sure she fit in a daily workout, taking care to ‘not to let my body get too used to one routine’.
Kendall explained that she liked to do yoga, Pilates classes and horseback riding as ways to maintain her lithe physique.
As for her diet, the Moon Oral Care partner has ditched coffee and removed caffeine from her diet completely, unless she treats herself to the occasional Earl Grey tea.
Revealing her unusual choice of substitute, Kendall added: 'I’ve been trying to stay away from caffeine lately, and I’ve been substituting with Mud\Wtr. It’s mushroom tea, but it’s not magical mushrooms, obviously.'

Meanwhile, the star’s shared her other methods of self-care as she said: 'I love to have moments to myself, especially during busier times. I love to go back to my hotel room or my space and just decompress for a second. I love training my brain into being less stressed.
'I’m a natural intense stresser and I worry about a lot of things, so I’m actively working on training my brain to try to not worry as much. I do a lot of breathwork, which has been really transformative.'
Indeed, the 818 Tequila founder even takes time to reflect by journaling each day and 'looking back' at past entries in order to get things into perspective.
I love looking back on when I was having a hard time and reflecting and being like, “I’m so lucky,” and everything passes. Just to kind of remind myself that, even in hard times, everything is going to be OK.'
The model made it clear that she makes sure to prioritize her rest as she told the publication that she sleeps for a minimum of eight hours each day.

She also explained that she chooses to shower before bed because 'I like to feel like I’m going to bed very clean'.
During an interview with Good Morning America in May 2020, Kendall recalled how she first experienced anxiety symptoms as a little girl and turned to her mother, Kris Jenner, for help.
'I was really, really young and I remember feeling like I couldn't breathe and running to my mom and being like: "Mom, I feel like I can't breathe. Something must be wrong,"' she shared.
The model said that her mom 'of course took me to a bunch of doctors just to make sure it was all OK physically, and I was. But no one ever told me that I had anxiety.'
It wasn't until her anxiety returned years later that she was able to get help.

During a tour of her home for Architectural Digest, Kendall revealed her entryway features an $750,000 art installation that emits a calming pink light that can be used while meditating
Kendall's bedroom is filled with hidden copper energy rings, though she admitted she's not entirely sure what they do
The reality star keeps them on an ottoman at the foot of her bed, on top of her lamps, and around her glass water containers on her nightstand
'Maybe like three years ago, four years ago, it came back completely full on and I would have crazy panic attacks and finally I kind of got the information that I needed about it,' she said of the difficult time in her life.
In July that year, Kendall revealed how she set up her serene Los Angeles mansion to help with the issue.
One of the standout pieces in Kendall's home is a glowing pink wall sculpture by artist James Turrell that she had installed in the entryway.
'I'm very proud of it,' she said. 'I have always wanted a James Turrell, so I was really excited when I got it. It's so peaceful and calming, and he actually makes these pieces to meditate in front of.'
Kendall also mentioned meditation numerous times throughout the house tour, and with all of her fireplaces and cozy couches, she clearly has plenty of places to do it.
Meanwhile, the star's bedroom is filled with hidden copper energy rings that create 'a positive field of natural life force energy' inside their circle.
She often shares sound bath videos with her fans on social media while encouraging fans to take up the practice
While the benefits are not scientifically proven, they are said to help relieve headaches, help with focus, and clear thoughts, among other things.
The reality star revealed that that she keeps two of them on an ottoman at the foot of her bed, and also has the rings placed on top of her lamps, and around her glass water containers on her nightstand.
'Everybody always asks me what these are. Not exactly sure what they're supposed to be good for, but someone told me to get them,' she admitted. 'I don't know. I feel good around them, so I'm assuming they're doing something.'
In April 2021, Kendall played a relaxing sound bath Sunday on social media with singing crystal bowls.
She wrote in the caption: 'for you. close your eyes and breathe :)' along with a pink brain emoji. Kendall then added: 'i'm not an expert! just vibrating and growing'.
