Alternative Minimalist Logo For Home Buying Real Estate Company

This is what Alternative Home Buyers was looking for in their logo design

I am looking for a cool and fun, minimalist (hipster-ish) style logo for a home buying company called: Alternative Home Buyers.

I do NOT want a typical logo with a roof line over it. I want this to be unique, minimalist design.

I also do not want bright bold colors, this should be more subtle and classy as opposed to modern and bold.
