Carnival cruise/ Caribbean half sleeve tattoo

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their tattoo design

60 year old Caucasian male. I would like a Caribbean / Carnival cruise theme, Tattoo. I was thinking of a half sleeve on right arm. Maybe something with the flags of the country's I have visited. Maybe in some kind of diamond pattern.

I've decided to limit the design from full sleeve to half sleeve from the wrist to the elbow on the right arm.

Can you make the flags in like Squares but lay them out as diamonds, and fit them together.
