CD Cover Design Brief

I am looking for an album design that captures a Childlike & Holiday look and feel for a CD Album cover of Holiday Piano Lullabies

TITLE: Holiday Piano Lullabies
Artist Name: Matthew Mayer

Artwork Specs must include different files including .jpg or .JPG
It must Use the RGB color space. CMYK is not acceptable
Dimensions would be a Minimum/maximum image resolution of 1000x1000/3200x3200
File size should not exceed 10485760 bytes (10240 KB or 10MB)

Would also love to receive a PSD with layers format in the event of any title changes...

An example of the "feel" of an album cover should fit kind of what the playlist cover is attached. It doesn't have to have Santa or anything...but something with a nighttime Holiday feel would be wonderful.
