Colored American flag tattoo design for behind existing anerican eagle shoulder tattoo

I’ve an American bald eagle tattoo on my back right shoulder. I’m looking for a design that creatively connects the eagle with my sleeve tattoo. I’ve included images of the plant tattoo at the top of my sleeve which the flag should interconnect with.
The American flag should be in color (designed to appear as if flying in the wind - see examples attached), behind the eagle, and smaller than the eagle.
