Here's how I look at the quadrants, the Core Providers have all the basic functionality you would probably want in a product but may be more difficult to use. An example of a product that they put in that category is Microsoft SharePoint.
The Facilitators have about the same basic functionality but it is easier to use. One of the products they listed in this category is OmiDocs.
The Expert quadrant represents the product that has more robust functionality but is more difficult to use.
And the final quadrant is the Leaders which have the more robust functionality and greater usable. They have rated Laserfiche as the leader in the category.
