We have a significant range of experience backed up with many years of professional work. Working mainly in the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire areas we have also carried out work across Scotland. We apply a great deal of enthusiasm to our work and are proud of a very full project and client list which gives us an excellent reputation. This is borne out by a number of Civic and design awards we have achieved over the years. We have extensive experience in residential work from small extensions to large housing or flatted developments. These include new builds and refurbishments have been involved in many refurbishments of upper floors within Aberdeen City centre. We have carried out works on behalf of most of the serviced flat providers in Aberdeen. We have built up a good reputation for carrying out appraisals of existing buildings and sites, quickly and thoroughly giving clients clear advice on what their assets can yield.
