Lowe's of N.E. Philadelphia

Kelsey and the crew from Lowes were great. Kelsey helped us choose options that worked for our small space and gave us advice when we didn't know what to expect as far as timing and budget. We had never been through the remodeling process before so we had a lot of questions. She was very quick to respond to calls and emails. Frank and crew did a wonderful job with installation and we are now enjoying cooking in our new kitchen.

This was a complete kitchen renovation: new lighting and ceiling; new wiring; remove old paneling and soffits and replace with new sheet rock; new cabinets with a new layout; new ceramic tile floor; and new appliances. The last renovation was in the early 70's, and this was our first major renovation. Kelsey and the Lowe's team were great. They helped with information and perspective on the products we selecting. Kelsey helped coordinate the different contractors and vendors to help us keep our sanity during the weeks of upheaval, making sure that the delivery of appliances was timed perfectly to insure that installation could take place in a reasonable manner. When we had questions or issues with the cabinet manufacturer, the countertop installer or the the contractor she handled the issue quickly and professionally. Kelsey was always professional, and always responded to phone calls, texts and emails promptly. We needed someone to coordinate the project, to provide experienced professional oversight for delivery and installation of the renovation, and to provide design advice. Kelsey did it all.

I used Lowes for a major renovation. It was great being able to have all (or most, anyway) of the contractors being consolidated under one umbrella. The sales reps were very responsive and helpful. The only downside was that it took much much longer than I would have liked though I'm sure the weather didn't help.

What a joy to work with a professional like Kelsey Gallaher. She has a proficient approach and took the time to listen to what my husband and I like/don’t like and then she just put it all together for us. She spent valuable time with us.

Working with Kelsey our project specialist made transforming our kitchen/dinning room/living room area easy. From the start she expaneded on our kitchen design and guided us with picking out floors, cabinets, countertops, faucets, backsplash, everything needed for a complete kitchen remodel. She coordinated and kept us up to date on all deliveries and installations and gave us and worked with a contractor who took out all the worries of a major renovation. The result is beyond my expectations. It's BEAUTIFUL. This service through Lowe's and Kelsey is the best.
