I purchased a Sturdy Base shower pan with Trending Accessibility on jan 12 2017. They were really helpful and very good with follow up, which eased my concern about the lack of written purchasing confirmation. The shipment arrived 4 days later. There was no visible major damage to the box to be concerned about. We did not open the box to exam the part. Until jan 27, we opened it and found out that a section on the ledge of the pan was broken off. I contacted them to be told that the part cannot be replaced because of over 5 days period from receiving date. It is very expensive ($834) shower pan, should not they have a better return policy ?

We recently renovated a Master bathroom suite and opted to use a European shower entrance in the design. We ordered the no-curb shower fusion pan and trench drain to install in our shower. Our client is beyond pleased with the look and style of their bathroom and we are thrilled with the quality of the products we received from Trending Accessibility. In a recent project I encountered for a sports professional here in Florida, I was tasked with the responsibility of designing the master bedroom suite which included the bedroom, two walk-in closets, a sitting room and a very elaborate bathroom.
