Rolin and Libby Atkinson are absolutely exceptional resources in their field. Rolin builds an outstanding product complete with beautiful workmanship and timeless consideration. Libby is so very thoughtful and will guide you through (what at the time may seem like) the most critical decisions to making the home a masterpiece. We thoroughly loved our home and so appreciate all of the work they put in. When we decided to move out of Oregon, the caliber of our home and the work they'd done did not make light the decision. We built our dream home with Riverbend (Rolin Atkinson). He has so much experience and is able to use that to really make his clients comfortable with the process. There are so many steps and it is invaluable to have a builder like Rolin on your side...and also his wife Libby (Central Oregon Interiors)! His relationships in Central Oregon span decades now, and he builds a very high quality product. They spent so much of their time with us and we are lucky to call the Atkinsons our friends. Rolin has done a number of projects for us. He is reliable and easy to talk to. Being from the bay area, I would say we probably lean towards being "demanding" clients—he always exceeds our expectations. Being from California, we wanted a style of home that felt unique to the Pacific Northwest. Working with Rolin as our builder, we were confident in our build every step of the way. He was completely professional from planning to final. The work is all top-notch. We never once questioned our decision to have him build our home. The house is just so beautiful and comfortable for us! We love spending time at our home in Oregon and we find ourselves wanting it to be more and more frequent when we are away. We planned and saved for our addition, this meant we also took the choice in our general contractor very seriously. From start to finish, we knew we made the right choice with Rolin. He is extremely friendly and a great listener. He also builds a very high-quality product. There are certain comforts that come with hiring somebody with so much experience: it allowed for a very smooth building experience. His subcontractors also seemed to be a reflection of him. They were friendly, skilled, and the worksite was always tidy. We enjoyed the experience so much and look forward to working with Rolin again!

Working with Rolin on our ski cabin was a great experience. We have actually done several projects with him and we are very pleased with the work he has done. He's a very competent builder and also a great guy! He has long-standing relationships with his subcontractors and industry professionals from his decades of experience in Bend and Sunriver. My husband and I decided to have Rolin do an extensive remodel of our home. We love the craftsman/rustic style—especially for our vacation home.
