“This is an early review since this process is still ongoing, but our initial offers were recently made available to us. I want to share how pleased we are right now. Even though we seem to have had a very long list of demands that we really didn't believe would work with our plot, nothing has seemed to be too challenging. In addition to a major renovation to make the rest of the house usable for our family, we are planning an annex for a family member. The best part was getting three different proposals presented to us. The 3D pictures really helped us understand the scale of the proposals, and it was nice to have some features that we didn't like (as we didn't realise they were until we saw them). We are now moving on to the next stage, where we are choosing the best aspects from each of the three possibilities, and we'll see how we do. We have had a tonne of questions along the road and will undoubtedly many more. Saam has always been really kind and patient with us, and we are very happy we decided to work with them.”

FP provided a thorough service from design to project management (including liaising with builder throughout project; obtaining planning permission; managing payment schedules). “Geoff took on a property development (mixed commercial and residential) for us through design, quotes, appointment of contractors and project management. Throughout he was thoroughly professional, always on hand to answer questions and to deal with problems and fully in command of expenditure ensuring that we got value for money at every stage. He made excellent use of space proving us with modern, high value rentals that were easy to let. He has been very helpful all through the process and has continued to be so for the two years since its completion. We found him to be personable, friendly and very easy to get on with and would highly recommend him for both commercial and residential projects.”

“Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”

“I have used imby3 as architects and designers for a large rear garden revamp which included an entertainment area, photographic studio and complete landscaping (hard and soft). I am now engaged with them to remodel the top floor of our house and add a first floor extension of ~60 sqm. I have been dealing with Nick Taylor as my main contact and I found that he is really meticulous in his questioning and qualification of how we live and how we want to use our space to ensure it fits our lifestyle - whilst at the same time ensuring that our investment brings charm, character and value to the property. I uploaded photos onto houzz showing the final product of the design that imby3 did for me. Needless to say that I am happy to recommend imby3.”
