“BetterPad designed some options for our kitchen extension, and we were completely delighted with the results. They were friendly and professional, did a home visit where they chatted to us in detail about everything we'd considered and then produced some fantastic sketches illustrating three key options for us, as well as measured drawings of our existing floorplan so we could compare and work out what we wanted. Their way of working is perfect for us as it means we can explore options at an early stage without committing to huge sums of money, and can take things at the pace we want to. The sketches they produced gave us lots of ideas and are helping us work out exactly what we want in the final plan. Highly recommend them.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats. Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have! Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time. Hopefully the photographs will be shared soon.”

“Doug is fantastic. I highly recommend. His attention to detail is fantastic and had lots of great ideas on how to improve the project. Having taken the project on after we discarded our previous architects, he came in and made many crucial improvements to the project. Then managed the project through to completion really well, liaising with builder and client very effectively and professionally. He has a real passion for what he does and that comes through. We are extremely happy with the result. I'm already thinking about the next project with him.”

“Jonathan and Sam have looked after numerous clients for me over the years. They are my go to design and build firm. They have recently completed the full renovation of a large house in Parsons Green to a very high standard. My clients are always impressed by the quality, service, efficiency and price. “Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”
