The Blackbrook Group offers a one-stop shop for your construction project. We offer support from concept through to completion. We start with an initial free design consultation where we go through your project ideas and put together the brief for your project. After the design consultation, you will receive concept floor plans and elevations showing the proposed design of your new space. Along with this, you will receive a high-level cost breakdown to see how the project fits with your budget before you've spent a penny. If budget and design together work for you we move on to the detailed design phase, this is where we introduce architects and structural engineers to start adding more detail to your project. We manage the whole stage and make sure planning is submitted on time, building control is contacted and all deliverable documentation is on time and correct. We are then able to give you a fixed cost price to move forward into the build. Once in the build stage we will continue to support you and manage the project and our contractors to allow for a stress-free and efficient project.
