Love the accordion doors. Who makes them?

How big is the opening? Is the bottom "guide or groove" flush to the floor or is it raised off the floor (from the kitchen side)? Love the wood beams in the kitchen with "extension" to outside.

Several manufacturers make these doors; Weiland, La Cantina, Marvin. Thresholds can be flush or up to 1 5/8" for better water performance.

Most door manufacturers make these now, however, the mostly commonly spec'd here in So Cal are are "Nana Wall" and "La Cantina.
