Included in a Chicago Mold inspection are 2 air samples, an inside and an outside air. We start with this because we are most concerned with the state of your indoor air quality and if it has become elevated, it will call for certain remediation procedures. When visible mold is present we will recommend an additional surface sample that will either confirm the source of an issue or find an issue that has not yet become airborne.
