The Kerns family has been building quality homes for over 60 years. Starting in 1943, Orville Kerns started the tradition of quality homes associated with the Kerns family name. For more than sixty years we have been building homes and priding ourselves on our ability to change with the times. As time has passed changes in customer's needs are very different from what they were sixty years ago. Materials and products for your new home and their availability have changed considerably. After reviewing a log book from my grandfather, it is easy to see the changes in constructing houses but the Kerns commitment to quality and customer satisfaction are still the same.
