About Us

Urban Perch Founders, Eric and Bianca Rey, bring decades of experience and a personal and professional commitment to delivering thoughtfully-designed and meticulously-crafted spaces. Since earning his business degree from University of Florida in 2003, Eric has worked in commercial and residential construction as a project engineer and general contractor. At Urban Perch, Eric oversees a team of professionals dedicated to the art and science of homebuilding. As a certified health coach, yoga instructor, and former dance studio owner, Bianca embraces wellness as a core value. This translates into design choices that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also good for whole home health. Bianca works as a REALTOR and lead designer with Urban Perch, and graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
