A partial renovation was carried on this 1980s apartment in Manly.
This included removing a wall to open up the kitchen to create more light and space and installing floor-to-ceiling cabinetry for excess storage in the dining area. The result is sleek and contemporary by using a simple palette to create harmony with the existing fixed elements.
Oak flooring, new ceilings (for more lighting) and home automation was used to further modernise this space. A very much-loved feature in the living area is a large television lift which slides the T.V. into cabinetry when not in use. A huge plus, given the size of the unit.
