This project consisted of a complete removal of the original bathroom including the subfloor. The washroom had always been cold as it is above a garage so it had to be spray foam insulated and while the floor was open plumbing was brought up to date. A new custom shower, custom cabinets, tile and Marmoleum flooring changed this ensuite completely.

There was also a huge walk-in closet with custom shelving built at the same time.
