KMLA provided the landscape design for this modern residence located within a verdant ten-acre setting. KMLA provided a sustainable landscape design that included grading the property to enhance the agrarian characteristics of the property and acquired Conservation Commission approval. Landscape plans were created and drawn to incorporate native and sustainable planting, including wetland plants, a retaining wall design, and landscape lighting.
