This Ballantyne Country Club home was built in 2003 and was characterized by what you’d expect from a home built in the early 2000’s— ornamented cabinetry, yellow oak floors, granite counter tops, etc. The home had great bones but was ready for a refresh. My clients were willing to take some risks with color and material so we introduced honed quartzite countertops, a custom black bar to house an extensive bourbon collection, and simple but elegant built-ins to display personal touches in the living space. They are now enjoying their new space as a family and are excited to entertain post COVID-19!
