After putting out the call for your cat pictures, we received a slew of adorable felines that so desperately seemed to meow to us the public's want — nay, need — of a sabertooth-sized ideabook on kittehs in designed spaces. We aim to please. So here you are — some of our favorite cats at home around Houzz.
A window seat combines a cat's love for lounging and watching what's going on outside in one easy spot.
Don't look now... someone's still miffed about that store-brand cat food you had the nerve to bring home.

There they are! These cat fans let their love be known right from the get-go by showcasing it on their front porch.
For indoor cat owners, a litter box is simply a fact of life. That said, nobody wants to make it a particularly visible one. This one is tucked, fittingly, into a corner of the bathroom. The luxurious litter accommodation comes complete with galvanized sheet metal lining and its own ventilation system.
The laundry room is also a popular spot for the box. Here, it's hidden inside a cabinet for discretion and ease of access.

In fact, the living room seemed to be a particularly well-loved area by cats. And what's not to like about this white-on-white combination?
If you don't want to disappear into a matching rug, there's usually ample sofa space for curling up...
... And taking a quick 40 winks.
Even an ottoman will do the trick.
And of course, there is usually a human in there to provide a pat or two.
But the bedroom reigns as supreme kick-back space.

I'm not exactly sure if this little bed is for a cat or a dog (or an elf?), but I like it.
