I destroyed my less-than-a-year-old brushed nickel faucet. The finish just wiped right off. It's my own fault, I used a bathroom cleaner (Vim Cream Cleaner) on it, not realizing that the finish would dissolve on contact. Pretty sure it isn't covered under warranty - I should have read the instructions. Utterly heartbroken.

We installed Aquabrass faucets in our shower and tub about 5 years ago and it's been terrible. Leaky faucets, faulty cartridges and corroding face materials. We're currently redoing another bathroom in our home and would not buy Aquabrass again.

We have contacted you numerous times regarding a defective 12” rain head. This is a replacement rain head that you sent us less than two years ago. The initial rain head failed in an identical fashion. Not expecting you to take our word, we also sent a video that demonstrated the leaking shower head, spraying above the top of our glass shower walls. Yet you are doubting this claim. We expect the lifespan of a 12” ceiling mounted shower head to exceed a few years — especially at the current price point of $755. This rain head and a few window seals are the ONLY items that have failed in our 6 year old custom built home. Aquabrass needs to stand behind their products and hear their customers when they say there is a problem. Most consumers aren’t really looking to spend time writing letters complaining to companies. They just want value for money spent.

I should have known better. I read the reviews, and I was warned from interior designers. But alas, I was lured in by the pretty, custom finishes and colours. Well, my $800 kitchen faucet started chipping and peeling within one month, and within a year, the finish is now bubbling in several more places. These products are GARBAGE. That hand signed "certificate of Quality Assurance" that came with my faucet is nothing but a facade. This company is a joke. If you they can't manufacture custom finishes that last, please just stick to stainless steel. My Tuscan Bronze finish is nothing more than a shiny plastic-coated sticker on a faucet. And when I wrote the company, they blamed me for the damage, and offered me just a replacement head, which I will take until the whole thing is destroyed, and then ill get a powder coated Rubinet. Save yourself the grief and stay far away from Aquabrass.

Worst Company ever. I would like to give a zero rating for their correspondence by email, zero rating for communication gap.
Faucets came with the condo and my new tenant is facing problems. Earlier tenant spoilt the valve or cartridges and may be due to that there is no hot water. I sent many emails to technical support department all they say is that can you need to send actual pictures of the faucet to see if it was installed by them or not. Seriously what will pictures do. I just received a message from the tech support and all he says is what is the problem with the faucet. Common, I have already addressed this issue in my email why do I need to repeat myself again. They need to work on their communication skills. I think all the tech department needs to get training once again. I wonder why do these techs sit in their seats when they have no information. They are just getting paid to give a cheap service. Its better if you go and buy at Reno, Rona, Canadian Tire stores at least they will tell you what to buy. Do not go and buy their products it is time waste.They should go back to school again. Thats why they never go higher in their career and stay in the same position forever. They just are sitting in their seats and taking their minimum wage by giving a pathetic customer service to their clients. They don't even log in to say sorry or even try to improve their service. Do not buy any bath tub faucets or shower from them. Very Disappointed.

My wife paid paid $1,400. for an Aquabrass texas spray Kitchen faucet. 1 year later it's a roulette game to see if water will come out when the tap is turned on. Distributor says its probably the pressure valve which is "a common problem"
. "we can order the part but it wont be covered"
I'm a developer and have built and renovated thousands of units with standard fixtures from various brands. Never dealt with anything as rediculous.

I ordered two sink faucets and a complete shower fixture set from aquabrass. It was in brushed nickel. Within a few months the finish on the fixtures began peeling away. Several years later I finally found my receipt and filed the claim and it was denied because it had been too long. My fixtures are still peeling. I recommend Moen or American Standard. They stand by their product.

I ordered two matching faucets for our master bath suite. I received two mismatched faucets. The plumber suspected one was old inventory, slightly different from a newer model. This proved to be true: two years ago they revised this faucet and did not bother to remove old inventory from stock. I have spent hours of my time with the supplier providing pictures, description, etc. I was forced to buy a new faucet. I returned the discontinued, obsolete faucet, and Aquabrass has the audacity to charge me a 30% re-stocking fee. I have incurred extra fees from my plumber and a two-month project delay. Avoid this company.

Ordered the spaghetti faucet for our new home and unfortunately the build quality is very poor. The product looks great but didn't work well from day one. The pull down portion of the faucet never re-connected with the faucet properly and now the inside plastic piece holding things together has fallen out. We are now searching for a new faucet.

I ordered bathroom fixtures in a custom finish from Aquabrass and was upset with the colour of the actual pieces I received because they looked very different from the colour I saw online and the small sample at a store. I posted my complaint on Houzz and also wrote to the company directly. I am happy to share that they and are now engaging with me directly to help address my issues and ensure that I am very happy with their products. I would advice you to reach out directly to companies such as Aquabrass and AD Waters when you need their support instead of being an upset customer.

I've had an Acquabrass Tapas kitchen faucet for about a year and have had nothing but problems with it. Low flow, leaks. Can't wait to get rid of it.

My designer ordered coated brass taps for my ENTIRE custom built washroom last year. We cut the marble backsplash to fit these taps. The wall mounted faucet was also built into our washroom mirror. The finish started coming off onto my hands within the first week. My brass taps started changing colour and rusting, it looked awful by the end of the month. I contacted the store who assisted in the communication process. Aquabrass told me to go buy brasso, I did so and spot cleaned my shower head, it wiped the finish right off (please see picture). I had then refrained and disallowed my toddlers from using that washroom because the finish from the knobs would come off onto my hands and smell rusty and toxic. Aquabrass agreed to replace it. I was told it would take 2 weeks for my parts to come in and the company dissapeared. I had to inquire consistently after not hearing back with any updates. False promises of a 2 weeks arrival time, turned into another 2 weeks, and another two weeks more. Finally when my replacements finally came in 5 months later, half of the items were completely wrong. They sent me a kitchen faucet to replace my bathroom one, the shower knobs were the wrong style. Now I'm in the waiting process again. It's been almost 2 months and I still have not hear back from them. No reply to my emails. I moved into my home almost a year ago and I still have not been able to resolve these issues. I cannot change to another brand because the holes are already drilled into my marble and glass for these fittings. It's embarrassing to have people come over to my house and use the washroom. My brass taps spotted black brown and silver now. So disappointing. (I have attached a picture of the shower bar that I decided not to install because of the condition of us, this is how it looked prior to me even using it; cheap and plastic)
