Newport Brass

I recently purchased the Jacobean kitchen faucet and cold water dispenser to complement a full kitchen remodel. Both faucets are beautiful and have a substantial feel to them. They should considering how much each costs. My problem with both faucets is that water continues to flow from each of them when the water is turned off. The cold water dispenser is especially annoying because it will have a small stream of water flowing for 2-3 seconds after being turned off. When I wrote to the company to ask about this issue, the technical support rep just said that the continuing stream is normal. Sorry, that just shouldn't happen on product that costs this much. When a tap is turned to off, the water should stop,not continue to run. To avoid wasting the water, I have to keep my glass under the faucet until it stops running. What a pain.....
