Brewster's Drafting House is a professional drafting and design firm working in Southern California. Working remotely, we can accomplish projects throughout the United States, but we have been working in almost every city from L.A. County down to San Diego. We specialize in drafting and designing, both in 2D and 3D, for residential home construction projects. Using our BIM Software, Chief Architect, and rendering software, Lumion, we can produce detailed 2D and 3D design services for homeowners, contractors, design-build firms, and anyone looking to do residential construction. We've been blessed to work with wonderful homeowners on an array of projects, ranging from ADUs to New Construction, Additions and Landscape Elements, and even the simplest of jobs such as creating floor plans for singular rooms, millwork shop drawings, and a host of other residential related drafting work. Brewster did our design for our room addition over our garage. He did a great job and was ALWAYS on top of things, quick and incredibly pleasant to deal with. We made some change after determining that we didn't own a gold mine and he immediately made the changes and helped us throughout the process. There is no doubt, we would happily recommend him and we would use him again.

If you are looking to have your project designed quickly with a great attention to detail at an affordable price, Brewster is your guy. We were extremely impressed with the detail he put into the design modeling effort on our home addition project. He accurately modeled our existing home which allowed us to carefully review the addition scope to confirm it was exactly what we were looking for. His response time was phenomenal and he was patient with our updates to put together an end product that easily passed through city permitting process in only 3 weeks. I highly recommend Brewster and will be bringing him our next project when the time comes.

We worked with Brewster to completely redesign the interior of our 1969 Ranch Style house. I highly recommend Brewster for his professionalism, timeliness, and wonderful problem solving design. We needed to go back to him for a fairly large redesign due to the quoted costs of the renovation and he quickly and happily did this for us. He was a breath of fresh air during Covid-- he never made us feel like he was too busy for our job or that it was unimportant to him. Finally, he is very personable and was fun to work with! Brewster helped design a complete renovation and addition of a 2,7,00 square foot home we purchased. His work was top notch, creative and practical. The first draft of the design was impressive. My wife and I were impressed with his willingness to listen and his understanding of our goals. Brewster was able to make tweaks in the design based on our feedback that was awesome. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget.
