Cabinet work ok, but customer service is horrible. They were supposed to take care of minor warranty work after 1 year. They refused. We worked with Alex and he is totally unresponsive! I finally had to drive out there to pickup stain and paint. Alex said it would be waiting at the front desk - it wasn’t. I had to wait over 20 minutes for it. I wouldn’t work with them again for any reason. Fair quality, lousy service!

I had high hopes for my cabinets. At first the design process went well, and the quality of product in their showroom was great. The cabinets were expensive, so I thought I would be getting what I was paying for. This was not the case. The cabinets are subpar, the install process was a nightmare and the service was non existent (and at times combative.) After working with another cabinet company on an even bigger project, I can say that there are much more professional, attentive cabinet makers to work with in the Portland Metro Area. I would never use this company again.

Roman and his team did a wonderful job creating custom cabinets for our kitchen and master bath. It’s been over a year since install and we have no complaints.

The builder for our property used this company to make the cabinets which look great. Unfortunately when we tried to rehire them they gave us the run around on 5 different occasions. We called and had them come out to our property to reconfigure the existing built-in. They promised a bid within a week or so, after 2 weeks I followed up, was told they would give me a call in a couple days, another week goes by, I follow up again, same thing occurs. Then I get switched to a new estimater who came out and inspected again because they lost the paper work, all the same issues happen again with the new guy, he tells me he is waiting on the owner to review and will get back to me. They never have, in fact they stopped returning my calls. The second guy took a door to replace it. I have left messages to get the door back but they wont return my call. Im over it now, found someone else to make the door. Cant recommend these guys as I found their behavior very unprofessional. If they weren't interested in the job they should have just let me know so I could have pursue another contractor instead of causing the headache and lost time.

Excellent design work, fabrication and execution of custom cabinets. Imperial does high caliber work at competitive prices. Although they are skilled at European styles, they have designed many transitional and contemporary pieces.
