Cutting Edge Door and Trim

Do not use this company anymore. The first door they installed was terrific. Since then they changed management. For the next door, the trim was covered in nails . the installer said my painter would fix this.... This is not a cheap home depot instantiation. When they were contacted and shown pictures they said they would send someone out to redo the trim. After more than a week of not being contacted I called them. She claimed they were busy so she couldn't send someone out. I told her that I should be a priority - they were paid in full before the installation so I didn't have a recourse of not sending them the final payment. I had an appointment today and no one showed or called Do not use them anymore or you will not be very happy in the work or follow up from the company

A little difficult to work with over email and phone, slow response times, said one thing on the phone, another in email. Long delays on responses, didn't called back, always had to call them. Had some challenges but they stepped up to the plate to overcome them.
