We had a very good experience working with SW & D to fortify our front entrance with a hurricane door (and to also have installed a standard door in the back : since that point of egress already featured hurricane shutters) Our door order was placed and after the door models ordered became available the installation process took just a few days. Inspections were then held a few days after that and after a few finishing touches, we passed the Town requirements and are now enjoying our new entryways. Note that it does take some time (45 + days) for out of stock doors so you can plan your budget based on that. (Special thanks to our installer, Alberto, who has an incredible work ethic !)

DO NOT HIRE - KEPT MY DEPOSIT AFTER THEY CAUSED DAMAGE - UNPROFESSIONAL- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST company for customer service, reliability and dependability. They also kept my deposit after the following events: 1st visit: Tech came out to measure and stated he can replace the window if I pay him, although the offices stated not ideal to do it at the time due to rain. 2nd visit: Scheduled and NO SHOW 3rd visit: Tech named 'LARRY' came over installed the glass. BROKE the glass. 4th visit: NO SHOW even verbally telling them I was traveling and my son (20 yrs old) would be at home to let them in. Claimed they did not get a response morning of service. The issue here is I told thin and committed someone will be there. The number they leave is the office number so even when trying to confirm the morning of...NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.

Ordered a shower door and glass panel. Drove 7 hours and picked them up cause they wanted 250.00 to ship them from Florida to Georgia. Opened the boxes at home and the panel was not the size I ordered and the door was chipped on the corner. The experience all the way around was a nightmare. I would not recommend this company because their employees are unprofessional, unhelpful, did not have merchandise when promised, twice. and would not return calls.
