We hired Advanced Renovations for a major remodeling project...new kitchen, master bath, hardwood floors, baseboard, lighting fixtures, and paint throughout the house. They did exquisite work. They were professional and very helpful throughout the entire project. And no surprises on billing or anything else! Five stars are not enough for Dave, Keith, Mandi, and the rest of the crew.

We hired Advanced Renovations to complete a built-in project for our office. We had such a negative experience with this company that I feel compelled to write about it to allow others to make an informed decision and avoid falling into the same mess that we did... here’s a high-level summary: unqualified carpenter assigned, poor service/attention and extreme lack of accountability. Due to various issues and delays, the project spanned no less than 15 months (yes 15). If you plan to hire this company, assume you will be waiting weeks at a time for an opening in their schedule before they can fit you in. If there are issues, be prepared to track down subcontractors and handle yourself and then wait months for any progress.

Advanced Renovations did a fantastic job adding a tile backsplash to my kitchen! Dave and his team are extremely easy to work with. They were able to provide multiple resources so that we could find the perfect tile design that fit our kitchen aesthetic. We were also pleased with the short amount of time it took Advanced Renovations to start and complete the project. I recommend Advanced Renovations for all your home renovating needs.

I was referred to Advanced Renovations. by a friend when I was looking to finish my basement and put a deck on my house. The staff at Advanced Renovations were timely, professional and courteous. They did a magnificent job on both the basement and deck. They also brought with them both conventional and unconventional ideas on how to maximize the collective spaces. We ended up bumping out the deck for the grill to fit, keeping ample space for seating. In the basement they optimized the space and made it an extension of the rest of the house. I strongly recommend Dave and the Advanced Renovations. team for your building and remodeling needs. My friends and neighbors also saw the work done by Advanced Renovations and also elected to use Advanced Renovations for their remodeling and home improvement needs.
