I have used Irwin Brothers Remodeling for jobs both large and small over the last 20 years. Paul specializes in older homes (like mine) and there is no problem so complicated that he can't fix. He takes pride in doing careful, expert work that preserves the character of the home; he never takes short cuts or bungles a job because he didn't understand its complexity. His team of workers is unfailingly professional, polite - and clean! I have really appreciated the emphasis he places on adequate preparation before the real work starts, as well as taking care of the property during the completion of the job. I sometimes suspect that he leaves my home cleaner than he found it when his workers clear out for the day. More than once, I have given Paul a key to the house and he has done work while I was out of town. I have been completely satisfied with Irwin Brothers and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody for any sort of job.

Six years after our complete home renovation, I am still impressed with the job Irwin Brothers did on our nearly 100-year-old house. This is THE company to hire if you care about the little details and insist on the best workmanship. From securing an exact match to replaced wood trim (which had to be specially milled) to the fine lines of the painting, their workmen understood our requirements and followed through on every aspect. You may find someone to do the job cheaper, but I am convinced it cannot be done BETTER!

My house was built in 1926. Its gorgeous. But the kitchen was remodeled in the mid century and was in really bad shape. In comes Paul Irwin and his web of talented craftsmen. 3 months later the kitchen was transformed, and now, two years later, it looks as beautiful, and works as well as the day Paul and crew left.

Paul Irwin is an expert in home repair and constructions. Paul has worked on several projects for my home including kitchen and bath remodeling and construction. He specializes in old homes and is very knowledgable about their construction and how to make additions, repairs, or renovations in a way that fits an old house. Finding materials that are "age appropriate" whether decorative or structural is one of his specialties. Paul also helped me with an insurance claim when a home emergency occurred,. The extensive repair work was done with skill, and the damage was undetectable when the job was completed. Repairs were made from the inside out, and attention was given to making all structural repairs and replacements strong, lasting, and in harmony with the older features. Paul and his crew are friendly and trustworthy. I could always leave the house feeling secure while the project was underway. His crew was also exceptional at cleaning the job site at the end of each day. I recommend Paul for his experience and skills and his effort to make his customers happy. I would definitely request his services again if needed.
