Our Company has showcased many custom built homes additions and whole house remodels throughout the quad cities. As a General Contracting company we design and build custom high end homes, new kitchens, new bathrooms, and have completed many whole house remodels. What sets us apart from our competition is the high level of craftsmanship that we build into every home or remodel that we do. McCartney constructed a 4 season room on my summer home. His work was excellent and his construction management was outstanding. Everyone that sees it wants to know who the craftsman were that built it. McCartney also underpinned the altar in the historic 1854 St Anthony Church. This complex work was performed in a responsible professional manner. The supervision of the crews was detailed resulting in each step of removing and replacing the columns being successful. McCartney also rehabilitated the balconies on a Vera French Hospital housing unit, The workmanship and construction management was excellent.

Dave and his crew did a four season room for us which rapidly became our favorite room in the house. They also completed an addition to our bed room and moved out washer and dryer upstairs. They also built a permanent roof over our deck. Dave is the utmost professional, he is easy to work with, has his own great ideas to improve what you have in mind, conscious, hard working, prompt, easy to communicate with, always let's you know when they are arriving. His crew also follows his lead. I would highly recommend Dave for any project you have in mind.
