Mike of MLN builders LLC definitely lived up to his motto of quality work, reasonably priced. He replaced my front and side doors ,rebuilt trim, insulated and pained the trim. I was amazed by speed and quality and the price met my budget. Mike listened and delivered. I can’t be more pleased and highly recommend him.

The worst experience of my life. Over half of his subtrades did horrible work that had to be repaired multiple times. I ended up hiring other professionals to complete the work.

Comment from MLN Builders, LLC:

The client used her own friend to wire under cabinet lighting and plugs instead of using my electrician to save cost. My electrician then had to rewire the plugs because they were wired incorrectly and tripping, straighten uneven backsplash plugs along with rewire buzzing light switches, wired incorrectly. Her unclear communication directly to the contractors caused multiple issues and confusion. Essential missing parts that she agreed to supply, but then didn’t have available, affected contractor’s ability to complete work and compromised schedules. All of which were completed at no charge and given additional credit, as another effort to satisfy her, even though she created the issues herself.

He did our addition on top of our house and then we re did the whole main level. He was in charge of getting most of the work: crews to completely gut the place, did it faster then my kitchen guy i hired expected!

Built my 1,200 square foot addition with all new roof line, 3 bedrooms, full bath, spiral staircase, fire place and deck. The master bedroom now has a walk out to the deck and vaulted roof. It almost doubled the size of my house.

MLN Builders replaced my roof which was 30+ years old and was damaged in a storm. I was very impressed by the quality of the project as well as the flexibility and speed as they reacted to unforseen challenges encountered in an old house. I'd definitely recommend and will be using MLN in the future.

I used MLN Builders to tearout, rebuild and expand my wooden deck. We used Trex. The results are fabulous! Work was timely and neat. Workers cleaned up the site every night. We had extra Trex left and MLN suggested adding benches. What a great idea I had not considered! Love the results! It transformed my backyard. I live out there in the summer.
