Neumann Development, LLC

Neumann Development did a fairly large remodel for me--took down a couple walls, built a couple new ones, remodeled the kitchen and a bathroom, moved electrical and plumbing. Besides our primary home, I also own several rental houses, and I've remodeled or updated all of them over the past 2 years. Over that time, I've worked with a fairly large number of contractors to get our projects completed. My experience with Neumann Development (and Dave and Valerie in particular) was exceptional. They are deeply passionate about the work they do. This passion was reflected in their attention to detail from things like squaring off and leveling walls, floors, and ceilings that weren't built with as much attention during the original construction of the house to ensuring heavy, double barn doors were perfectly level and balanced (no small feat!). Dave and Valerie were very responsive to my phone calls, text messages, and emails. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the house looks great!

Dave an Valerie did a wonderful job on our master bath renovation! They have an eye for detail and don’t let any of the little things slide. Everything went smoothly, on time, and turned out wonderful!

I have worked with Dave on three Projects and he never disappoints - Dave keeps his word, is always on time and is a perfectionist. If we encounter an unexpected problem, he comes up with a solution. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. I highly recommend him.
