Amazing front and backyard remodel. I recently had Simple Design & Build, with Leon leading the charge, work on updating our driveway and backyard. We hired SDB for a big renovation on our home. I can't say enough good things about the company. First, everyone are always available for discussions about the project day or night. They were extremely helpful with design recommendations from the first day. If we wanted to decrease costs in certain areas SDB helped us with that as well.. The quality of the work is ten out of ten! All of the workers were friendly and efficient and they definitely took pride in keeping the work area clean. I highly recommend Simple Design & Build.

SDB was great! Ilai was very communicative with scheduling and any updates. We had a small bathroom project but the team was very eager and professional. They came out, looked, got us a clear and detailed estimate very quickly, and the most important they were conscientious about social distancing. Ilai who managed the project texted us photos and a updated of what was completed. The whole thing was pretty seamless and we'll definitely be looking to use Simple Design & Build for any future project.

Equally important is the superb communication process thru out the whole remodel and the continued accommodation to the homeowners by Ilai the project manager. We appreciate the smooth operations. The crews did an excellent professional job with minimal disturbance. It was such a pleasant experience to deal with such professionals to include their finance personnel. They came right on time as scheduled. Helped with the design and the inputs of the construction that we didn't understand much before the renovation. our bathroom quickly and completely. Hired SDB to renovate my bathroom so I can enjoy it after years of waiting. Working with the team was very smooth. Leon and Ilai worked out all the permit sign offs so that the city has proper records of the change. Team was very professional, communicative, and respective of our schedules. We always knew when they would arrive to work or when we have a waiting period between inspection and next steps. Overall, I highly recommend Simple Design and Build!

So, actually randomly used the internet to get a quotes from few contractors one of the few to reponse was Simple Design and Build. Not only were they quick to respond, professional, and had great follow up questions, but Ilai and Leon was super personable, understood what our priorities were, and brought detailed options for layout that helped us to get an idea for design and look. The estimates were spot on and we knew ever step of the way to expect. The project was completed within the timeline he originally provided even after there was a difference between the city plans pre requested and what was within our walls. Leon is kind and trustworthy, and has a great eye for detail. We will definitely do our next project with them ! Thanks again to Leon, Ilai and Simple Design and Build

I hired Simple Design and Build team for my bathroom remodel. When i called, the customer rep' responded politely and sent the team in the following day. A team of two, Leon and Ilai came and started their work as soon as the permit approved. Not to mention, I am also amazed by the final look as they installed new tiles, vanity, and a tub that I chose, vanity mirror's frame and rain shower, are my wife's love now! Overall, it was an A-game.
