I strongly recommend Brian Solvesen for any building project. His work is impeccable. Brian has all the attributes one hopes to find in a superior contractor: integrity, reliability, flexibility, creativity, ingenuity, budget awareness, timeliness, responsiveness, open lines of communication, and frequent updates of progress. Brian goes to the next level with his ability to solve problems. He is a master craftsman and carpenter. Brian can take a vague idea and bring it to life, such as the beautiful barn door he designed and built for our kitchen entry. It has become a unique focal point in our home and always receives many compliments. Brian oversaw and completed a major renovation of our 30 year old home. The construction occurred in two stages over two summers. The first stage included wall removals and a new open concept kitchen/living area, master suite and bath, entry area, laundry and half bath. The second stage included additions of a mudroom/kitchen pantry, covered front porch, two back decks, and storage areas in the garage. Everyone who comes into our home comments on the outstanding workmanship. I am always proud to pass along Brian's name.

Over the passed six years we have engaged Brian Solvesen and his team for a variety of home renovation or new construction projects. Some of these projects were very challenging in nature and required an excellent building knowledge as well as top innovative abilities: meaning the talent to incorporate inviting visual design with good sound construction. Each and every time Brian successfully transition these areas into warm welcoming living spaces. May we say they "nailed it" to add, very professional. Brian Solvesen never left his job sites to suspend. always updated us on cost and timme.

We had an outstanding experience with Brian and his crew. Our project was an extensive renovation of an existing log home which lasted for almost a year. In our view, the hallmark of any relationship during construction is the ability to overcome obstacles.
