It has been awesome working closely with both RJ & Gary (Wizdom Construction) on our home addition this past year. We completed a 600 sq foot ADU & single car garage. We checked out prior construction projects they completed & knew we picked the right team. The final product looks as professional as they come! In addition, they set a good budget that resulted in minimal change orders. We have since referred this team to other families & friends…& everyone has been impressed!

We hired wizdom construction for a remodel/addition to our home. From start to finish, they were reliable, efficient and honest. Gary and RJ were in constant communication which was very helpful as we couldn’t be at the job site everyday. Gary would make recommendations and make changes as if it were his own house. Gary and RJ are GREAT. Added 2 bedrooms and a bath to my home and it far exceeded my hopes. They worked within my budget and went the extra mile. Wizdom Construction built a 1900 square foot building for me. It was a combination work shop and art studio, with a half bath. It has 12 foot high ceilings, stucco exterior and drywall interior walls and ceiling. It has all the electrical and lighting one could ask for. Mr. R J Leal managed all the billings and payouts to the subs and suppliers and Mr. Gary Shadduck manged the construction portion of the project. This was the smoothest and most well managed project I have ever been a part of. Mr. Shadduck was ahead of the eight ball on every phase of this job. From the initial ground layout and excavation to the final clean up. He always anticipated and planned ahead for the normal hiccups associated with construction projects of this size. He kept us well informed of the various phases and time frames of each operation. This project included tradesman from excavators, concrete men, framers, roofers, insulation installers, plumbers, electricians, dry wall installers, painters, flooring men, cabinet and countertop installers, and fire sprinkler installers. All these operations were planned and executed by Wizdom Construction and fully inspected by the San Diego County Building Department. I would highly recommend Wizdom Construction for all your construction projects.

Gary and RJ were so easy to work with. Very professional, reliable, and worked around our schedule. No matter what we wanted done, they could and would do. Our kitchen was updated smoothly and even while we made a few additions during the remodel, they went out of their way to make sure we got everything we wanted and it was done perfectly. Everyone on their team was completely professional and respectful of our schedules. The guys doing the work were even fun to talk to and treated our home with care. The electrician crew, plumber, countertop crew, cabinet guy, painters, drywall crew, appliance crew, and tile crew were all extremely professional and their quality of work was top notch.
