My husband and I hired Brian Wray to build our mountain log home. From the very first meeting we were highly impressed with Brian's interpersonal skills as well as vast knowledge and expertise in all areas of the building process. We LOVED every minute we spent building our home, and much of it due to Brian! We worked side by side, he answered all calls immediately, provided guidance and took suggestions...and sometimes we weren't easy! It was a pleasure to work with him. Not only did we develop a great working relationship, we ended up with a life long friend. Brian's work is impeccable and talent abundant!

Development of property for building home. Construction of a custom log home that was designed by Pioneer log homes of British Columbia of western red cedar logs. The logs were precisely fitted together in British Columbia then hauled to building site where they were put together. Project coordinated and supervised by this construction company. The project required a lot of coordination and attention to detail and was handled in a professional manner throughout. We live in another State and building this house required extensive attention to detail and a high level of knowledge about log home construction. This company has provided an extremely custom home and was able to coordinate and complete the project in projected time frame. The complexity of the log home and working with the log home company in British Columbia and myself in Texas was a huge undertaking that Mountain Log Homes of CO was able to do without compromise. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project and the time frame in which it was completed. They have provided a very high level of service on a complicated construction project and made it look easy. I have been very satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend them to anyone building a home of any kind.

After seeing Brian's finished log homes and meeting him and his staff, we were positive that we had the builder & leader for our custom home project. MLHOC has just completed my log home. Brian, Karen, Peggy and company were wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process from design to occupancy. Being out of town throughout the process creates its own set of difficulties but between the phones calls, emails and pictures on the web I never felt out of touch with the status of the project. Brian and Karen work very hard to get to know thier customer so that they can use thier expertise and experience to make the final project not just a house but our home. We consider ourselves lucky to have met the people at MLHOC who we now consider our friends.

Brian built our home in Silverthorne, CO, which we moved into in late 2008. We've been so pleased with the quality of work, and if we ever build another house, Brian is the first contractor we'll turn to!
