About Us

With over 20 years in design and construction experience, coupled with an incredibly diverse background in creative and practical application, Gregory Hitchcock has discovered some opportunities in design that few people in his industry have yet to realize or implement. As a result, he is able to provide high-end custom design for luxury and ultra luxury homes at a highly competitive rate. He’s completed design work in world-renowned buildings including San Remo Building, Trump World Tower, and The Century Building. Through this work in kitchens, baths, and media rooms, he’s exceeded the expectations of some of the most discerning clients in the New York Metropolitan Area. Gregory’s experience in a myriad of trades—from metal and stone fabrication, interior restoration, art restoration, custom millwork and museum carpentry—gives him a uniquely broad skill set, which he accesses in all of his projects. The practical expertise this provides, combined with his highly active imagination, lends to design solutions that are not only beautiful, but also work well to maximize space and utility in ways that his clients never thought possible. “I enjoy an active collaboration with my clients; most of them know more about design then they think, they simply need a gentle nudge in the right direction, combined with convenient access to knowledge and process.” Gregory’s experience is also what enables him such a clear understanding of his clients specific wants and needs. He is involved with understanding his clients’ desires from the moment of initial conception and brainstorming with 3D drawings, through to the installation and finishing touches. His extensive knowledge of showrooms gives him access to an improved approach through high-touch, personalized care, which he brings direct to the consumer. Through his work with Manhattan Center Kitchen & Bath, Gregory’s latest design achievement is a custom-designed kitchen, which he built exclusively for Mario Batali’s studio, based on the famous chef and entrepreneur’s “dream studio kitchen.” Gregory has also completed projects for Cynthia Nixon from Sex and The City, as well as other well-known clientele with high-visibility.
