We spent a lot of time researching before we started our project and we got Robbie from a recommendation on Nextdoor after we had paid another company for design who not only did a bad job but was a struggle getting their design from them. From the bad experience Robbie completely turned things around! At first we hired him to do the design and he worked with us, answering a ton of questions and back and forth before we finally got to a design we were happy with. At that point the builder we had lined up felt the work was more than he could do and Robbie turned into our contractor and we could not be happier with the result. He’s extremely knowledgable about not just the build process but the different materials, where you source things from, making sure you were not paying too much, etc. When there were decisions to be made he would explain the choices in a way that you could understand while giving you the pros and cons of each. We feel he had the right touch of giving us what we wanted but also giving an opinion when we needed one. Our project, like any one, had changes along the way and things you don’t run into until you start the construction. He made sure to raise items quickly and get to a consensus on what we wanted to do. From the plumber to cabinet installer, to painter, to electrician, he brought in people who have been doing this a long time and it was clear they all wanted us to be happy as well. Everyone that has seen our kitchen/family/living room remodel thinks it came out fantastic! With projects you often find yourself after the fact thinking you could have done something different but not this time. His process got us through all of those things before we finished the project. Everything looks great, great quality, great workmanship! Along the way they had to fix some other things we found in the house, but nothing was too much for them to do. When it comes time to do our bathroom, he’s our guy, hands down! If you want your project done right, you should hire Robbie and his team.

Just a great guy to work with. He had some great design ideas but still listened to our requests. He employees are honest and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend and will use them again on future projects.

We interviewed several designers and Griffin Design has a unique combination of design aesthetics and construction practicality. They were able to advise the most efficient to build solutions to achieve our design goals. The work was as clean as construction can be while also staying ahead of schedule. We love the result and appreciate all of the extra effort their team gave us while remodeling our kitchen.

I would highly recommend Griffin Design. Robbie was a delight to work with and his workers were exceptional. Scheduling of the workers was seamless and our kitchen reno went like clockwork. We highly recommend Robby and Lisa after our experience working with them. We interviewed other designers but knew almost immediately that Robby and Lisa were a great fit. They listened to our comments, had great ideas but understood the need to work within our budget. They did a great job of balancing our input while at the same time challenging us to think outside our normal parameters and truly create something unique and exciting. Our project encompassed all the house with the exception of bedrooms, including an entire kitchen/dining/living room makeover. Their ideas on color, materials, fixtures and design were inspired and inspiring. They worked closely with the contractor and craftsmen to ensure excellent execution. Lastly they are simply very nice and fun people to work with.

We used Robby and Lisa to assist with the design and update I. Our kitchen. They had great ideas and a wonderful eye for design. We are very pleased with the end result and will use them again in the future. Great to work with and the whole process was as promised and very professional. Contractors were clean and respectful. The construction supervisor, Nate was awesome. They updated backsplash, built new larger kitchen island, updated vent hood, under cabinet lighting, updated sink and faucet and installed a great walnut wood countertop on the new island, it is all beautiful!

Robby, Lisa and Christina worked with us on a remodeling project to update our kitchen and three bathrooms. The experience was very pleasant and very professional. Their 3D computer technology and renderings helped us compare different designs and colors to see how the finished product would look even before construction started. They worked with us to pick out stone, tile, cabinets and fixtures. Once construction started, our project manager, Nate Price was very professional and a real pleasure to work with. We stayed in our home during the remodeling. It can be challenging at times with all the dust, noise and inconvenience. Nate and his crew minimized all of that. They were professional master craftsmen that did and awesome job. Nate was constantly present directing and checking on his crew. We felt like he was a family member. His crew was courteous and always cleaned the worksite everyday. Our overall experience was A+ and would highly recommend Robby, Lisa , Nate, Christina and Premier Kitchen and Bath for any type of remodeling project.

The Robby and Lisa Griffin Design were the perfect fit for us. After their initial jetting they created a 3-D model for our project that was extremely helpful in our decision making process, they noted our style preferences and their suggestions & design were spot on for what we wanted to achieve. We remodeled a master bath in Aug.

I came to Lisa and Robert with a head full of ideas and just a few pieces for a Vegas style pool table room. In mere moments their ideas were exactly what I wanted and then even more. From a ligh fixture came a 3D installation wall, drapes and items I would have never known or thought of. If you are looking for a unique eye and a flare for bold, these two think with the same creative minds.

We had to do a total rebuild of the first floor of our home due to Hurricane Harvey. The sad part is that we really liked our home and had no desire to remodel. However, I do believe that with Robby and Lisa's design input our home looks up-to-date and modern, and we are very pleased with the final result. They made design suggestions (e.g., tile we wouldn't have considered, decorative aspects to the cabinets) that ended up being an improvement over what we had and over what we would have done without their input. I am especially pleased with the granite they recommended and how it really makes our kitchen "pop".

My husband and I contracted Robby and Lisa to totally design and supervise remodeling construction of our master bathroom in our 30 year old house. Robby and Lisa were easy to work with, listened to our wants and needs and we're responsive to our calls. They worked well together to produce creative results of which we are very pleased. My wife and I were looking to update our kitchen and living room area. The problem we ran into was the limited space we were working with. Also neither of us had any inclination of what needed to be done. I contacted Robby and Lisa and not only were they professional and knowledgeable but they had great ideas to open up the area. They provided several ideas at different cost ranges. Suprisingly they were all reasonable prices for the work they would be doing. The end result were beautiful new floors with a redesigned kitchen that opened up the area. My wife and I are extremely impressed with not only the construction but the design. They had ideas and vision the other contractors didn't have. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you both again!

Robby and Lisa were wonderful to work with! They took my vision and made it reality. The 3-D rendering and the outcome were a very close match. They were able to work within my budget and listened to what I wanted. The most impressive was how responsive they were to questions and estimate revisions. Once all decisions were finalized and the contract signed, it was a very short time until the work was started. I would highly recommend this design team!!

Extremely professional people to work with. A phenomenal eye for detail and design. What I thought would be a daunting task turned out to be quite easy with the support and vision that they had. Best of all the work once completed exceeded way beyond my expectations!

My daughter & I bought a condo to use as a income property on Bering Dr in Houston. We met with Rooby & Lisa & walked the property. They came up eith a great design, a plan & a budget we could live with. The finished products is spectacular. We love all of the quartz. My kitchen remodel was Feb 2017 through Apr 2017. It was a very big job. It's really scary to hire a contractor that is unknown to you. So glad I found Premier Kitchen & Bath on HOUZZ. There were plenty of reviews on Robbie and Lisa work. I'm enjoying the new kitchen immensely. Robbie was always avail via email, text, live talk. I never had to wait more than 30 min usually for a reply or call back. Every project has a snafu or two or three... but it's how the contractor handles the snafu that matters. Robbie handled everything with respectfulness, and professionalism.
