We hired Interior Innovations to do a partial remodel of our kitchen (Granite countertops, backsplash and sink.) I can't say enough about their customer service--outstanding! We worked with Deanna and she was right there with us throughout the process. She came out and did a measurement so we'd have a better idea of what our project would cost BEFORE we committed to anything. Deanna also assisted us in choosing the granite and backsplash for our project and it turned out beautifully. When the granite supplier didn't have enough of the slabs we had picked out, Deanna met us at another granite suppliers to ensure we got what we needed and she worked with the fabricator to keep the price the same even though it was a higher grade. She always answered my emails and phone calls promptly. When any issues came up, Deanna had someone here asap. All the craftsmen--granite installers, tilers, plumber, cabinet installer were here on time and were very professional and pleasant. When they were through for the day, you couldn't even tell they were here, and you could tell they all took pride in their work. When we had questions, they had answers. Our project was completed in about a week and a half--within the promised timeframe. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering a remodel.
