Sigma Faucet

Chiara helped me locate a very hard to find valve for my shower. I had almost given up and was going to have to tear out the tile and install new hardware. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and locating a valve for me.

Lovely faucet at a good price...but...within 5 years, had leak on cold side, then the hot side a few months later. Sink unusable for the # of days it took to get replacement parts from Sigma, paying fedex charges, paying plumber to look at it, then come in after parts to fix. Lots of $$ spent, not to mention the aggravation of not being able to use sink. On the plus side, customer service was helpful. But bottomline, its just wrong to have this happen for a luxury type item. Might as well stick with the Deltas of the plumbing world.

Sigma has the worst warranty ever. I am a kitchen and bath remodeling contractor, when I decided to remodel my own bath my wife and I selected Sigma Encore for our bath fixtures. After about 5 years the spout on the sink faucets began to blister. I contacted my supplier to let him know what was happening and he said he would check with Sigma and let me know, a few days later he called and said sorry but Sigma said they are out of warranty and I would have to purchase new spouts. I thought I was purchasing a quality product. I have been using a Sharpie to try and cover up the finish blistering off. Do yourself a favor and buy Delta Brizo or Moen great customer service and great warranty.

We have worked with Sigma for a number of years. Sigma offers products of the highest quality and workmanship that look beautiful and last for years. Sigma's customer service is second to none, from their area representatives to their owners. We highly recommend Sigma!

Our Sigma single-hole kitchen faucet (1.3695020 in Antique Bronze) is so beautiful and has functioned flawlessly for the 3 years we have owned it. The look is perfect with our soapstone countertop. I would choose this faucet again in a New York minute.
