Bancroft Kitchen & Bath

We interviewed several contractors for the complete demo and remodel of our master bathroom. Bancroft was by far the best communicator, the most reliable, and the most reasonably priced. Throughout the six week process of picking out materials, ordering them, and install, Gerald (manager) and Jimmy (owner) were fantastic! In fact, they were so hands on, that the owner even did the majority of install himself. But what really stuck out to us, was when they ran into more damage to the subfloor than anticipated, they did not take that as an opportunity to charge us more, and instead stuck to the original estimate, despite the extra labor. They also were flexible and happily agreed to a few minor cosmetic changes that I suggested during install. The project was done perfectly, and exactly on time. We will definitely use them again for our next project!

Bancroft is hands-down, the best Kitchen and Bath contractor in Hampton Roads. They are affordable, customer-focused, and committed to their craft. Having used them several times over the last three years, we keep coming back because they approach each project with our best interests in mind, from the materials to the design. Our needs (and expectations) have never been easy, and with each challenge we've put in front of the Bancroft Team, they've delivered a solution that meets our design standard, budget and schedule. For example, we recently contracted Bancroft to complete the construction of two bathrooms and a new laundry room before Thanksgiving. When our general contractor fell behind, and the site wasn't ready on time, Bancroft still found a way to get the job done before the holiday. Highly recommend this company! They are very easy to work with, informative and extremely helpful when going through the process of re-designing our two bathrooms. In the early stages of deciding on color scheme, the owner of the company took us to a home they were refurbishing with the same color of tile we were looking at so we could see it in person on a larger scale and showed two different ways we could have it laid in our shower area (horizontal vs vertical patterns). Answered all our questions; worked with our schedule and if we saw something during the process we were concerned with or didn't look right, they didn't give us any hassle, they just took care of it/fixed it. It was evident that customer service and satisfaction are very important to them as it was to us. I absolutely love my bathroom, like being in a spa. We have referred them to our friends who love their transformed bathroom, and we would use them again in the future should the opportunity exist.

Bancroft tile did a beautiful job on tiling my bathroom and cutting an installing a granite bathroom counter top to our full bath. I highly recommend them to anyone I know needing granite, tile or custom cabinets. We are about to have our guest house tiled and we will be calling Bancroft Granite and Marble
