Novem Tile & Bathroom Design

Jason & Melissa @ Novem are awesome and now having just finished our 2nd bathroom project with us, we couldn’t be any happier! From the start, we felt very comfortable with both Melissa & Jason as they helped us navigate the bathroom renovation(s). Both projects were painless, communication was great, and they really elevated these rooms beyond our initial expectations. Melissa and Jason at Novem are a joy to work with. Melissa came up with a fun design for my primary bathroom and Jason implemented it to perfection. I had previously renovated a kitchen and bathroom and this by far was the best experience. Communication was excellent and once the project started work progressed daily until it was completed. Jason is a perfectionist and the result was fabulous. If I ever do another renovation I’ll certainly use this team!

We were so impressed with the Novem team and we love our new bathroom! The team arrived early each day, took time to set up coverings to protect our rooms and furnishings each visit, cleaned up immaculately at the end of each day, and finished the job faster than we ever expected. They were organized, efficient, and detailed. Their pricing was reasonable and they offered us options within our budget to ensure we could customize the bathroom as we desired. We cannot recommend Novem Tile and Bath enough!

I contracted with Novem Tile & Bathroom Design to remodel our master bath and update our guest bathroom. Jason and Melissa impressed me from the beginning. From our first meeting to the last day on the job, it's been an absolute pleasure to work with them. Jason's abilities and knowledge go far beyond tile. He can literally handle whatever needs to be done - demo, electrical, plumbing - a complete kitchen and bath contractor. Absolutely impeccable workmanship, yet reasonably priced. Extremely responsive to my calls and e-mails - PERFECT communication. On time for work each day and let the job site super clean every evening. They have their own tile showroom, a cabinetry line and Melissa offers optional design services, if needed. She worked hard to find a particular tile I had envisioned and presented 3-D designs so I could clearly see how the selections would look in the space. Novem Tile is a great example of how a small business should be run. This company is a true gem. My highest recommendation and best wishes for continued success.

Jason was great to work with. He was timely and communicated any changes to schedule well. Our bathroom remodle went great! Jason is a contractor that stands by his work and wants his clients to get exactly what they asked for.

We bought a renovated home and learned shortly thereafter that there were many serious issues with the home. After discovering that we had a water leak coming from our master shower, we hired Novem to remodel our shower. From choosing the tile, design, and completion it was a great experience. Jason took the time to explain what was wrong with the previous shower and took pics for us as well. They are easy to work with and very good at what they do. We LOVE our new shower and will be planning another project with them soon.

Jason and Melissa and their crew work wonders! We bought an historic home in Summerville, and needed a second bathroom on the second floor. What they created were two beautiful bathrooms - essentially turning one gigantic bathroom into two normal sized baths. They took the raw ideas that we had in mind, and made them better… classy! The work included tiles, showers, vanities, sinks, toilets, cabinets, plumbing, drywall, wainscoting and more. Worth noting; given the age of the house, we learned that both the floor and ceiling were uneven; Jason was up to the task, and inserted the support mechanisms to make them even. Also, Jason salvaged an old door, turning it into a pocket door (great thinking!). Thank you, Jason and Melissa and crew!

Let me just start off my saying AMAZING! Between Melissa’s design skills and Jason’s craftsmanship I couldn’t choose who is better ! I told Melissa a few details of what I wanted my kitchen to look like and it came out even more beautiful than I expected! And the work that Jason did was immaculate , every detail was perfect ! 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend and will be shining again !

Jason and team are consummate professionals. The work we had preformed on our home included Bahama shutters, a screened porch, crown molding, flooring, building a retreat on the secondary floor, cabinetry on our bathrooms, custom wood work for our dining room wall and office. We are super pleased. They are perfectionists, clean and work performed is outstanding. We already have a kitchen project lined up and cant wait for it to be completed.

Jason and Melissa did a great job designing and contracting my kitchen and came in just under budget. I highly recommend!
