This company completely failed to take responsibility for their work. During their service, they actually cut my internet line and showed no willingness to fix the problem. One of their technicians pretended to connect the line, but obviously, it was futile with a severed cable lying exposed on the ground. Without uttering a word, they abruptly left the job site. I was left to deal with the consequences of the lost connection and had to relocate my personal server to my in-laws' house. When I contacted the company to explain the situation, I had to make multiple calls just to reach the appropriate person. Eventually, the CFO, Eric, called me back the next day, only to confirm that they would not be taking any action. I had hoped for an apology or some form of acknowledgement for their mistake, but none was forthcoming. Eric's call simply revolved around checking if my internet connection was restored, and he abruptly ended the conversation after that. It is disheartening to imagine the outcome if I had encountered a more significant problem with this company. They didn't even accept responsibility for a basic error like cutting an internet line. I strongly recommend choosing a different company that will take accountability for their work and own up to their mistakes

Bryan Keller was outstanding to work with. He provided various ideas and formats of opening up the front of our house making it look more inviting. The day of pulling out all shrubs and existing landscaping the crew was there first thing in the morning as promised. No waiting around. The crew worked cautiously and diligently under the supervision of Foreman Troy O'Neil. My wife and I were amazed as to their work and especially the clean-up with raking and making sure stones, gravel and debris was gone! Great Job Serene Landscape Group!

Spring clean up along with mulch. Did a great job. Got back to us immediatly. Will use in the future.
