This company is run very poorly. One of their distributors, SunAire installed the incorrect product as she did not have the correct product in stock. Instead of delaying the installation until she received the correct product, she chose to scream at us instead. Solatube is not correcting the problem.

Solatube was professional and courteous from the first moment. They consulted with us in our new home twice because we were unsure of the light distribution. The solatubes themselves are phenomenal. They worked with me to ensure I was happy with the aesthetics on the outside of the roof. The tubes completely changed the look inside in 2 central, dark areas. I'd highly recommend this company.

Service was very good. They made contact to make sure all was set up for the installer. The installer was very nice, respectful and on time. He cleaned up after the job. I think he did a good job. Don’t think I will have a problem with a leak. However, they are insured if I do.

All the staff I dealt with were professional, helpful and responsive; the technicians who installed the package were also prompt and courteous. Very pleased, and may have them do another installation in my kitchen.

This company offers a unique product that brings in lots of natural daylight with a very small roof opening. It also has the option to use a cover that looks like a light fixture and can include a light kit. I recently used this company on a remodel project and we were very pleased with the product and the installation service. Professional, punctual, and helpful. I highly recommend Solatube Home Daylight.

WOW!! This was one of the very be st company's we have had work on our home. Our Intaller came on time, very respectful of our home. Protctect his work area. Did a very clean installation of our light tube. Completed his work, went over everything he had done with both of us. After he had left, and for several days, both of us would go by the light tube and look for the switch to turn off the light. Great Product!!
